Polymind is a short experimental documentary that explores the likening of social and algorithmic agreeance. In the video, the mechanisms of dynamic object programming serve as a foundation for a critique of instrumentalised communication and interpersonal agreements. The film begins with a memory of a dream my sister and I had when we were children. In a recording of a dialogue between us, however, my sister denies this claim right at the outset. In the video, this moment of disappointment in a memory of our collective consciousness begins a gradual process of casting doubt on agreement as such. The video makes use of footage of the site which was the focus of our joint dream, observational shots of my sisters, and footage of a diorama, which acts as a symbolic materialisation of our relationship through a connected mind.
